Otus teaches you to read the chart yourself.
The AI tutor of the AI Trade Ideas school. He explains every lesson, reads what you write, marks your chart practice and answers your questions in plain English — from your first candle to your first written trading plan. What he never does is tell you what to buy.
Five jobs, one tutor
Teaches every lesson
He walks you through all 33 modules of the syllabus, stepping in where a chart is most likely to be misread — not at the top of every page saying hello.
Reads what you write
Each module ends with a short written answer in your own words. Otus reads it and tells you what holds up and what does not.
Marks your chart practice
In Chart Practice you mark the level, the swing or the pattern yourself on a real chart; Otus checks your drawing against the rule the lesson taught.
Answers your questions
Ask about a term, a chart or a headline in the coach chat, in plain English. He answers from the same definitions the lessons use.
Beside any article
With the browser extension, highlight a line in any financial article and Otus explains it right next to it — ask in German, get German back.
What he refuses to do
No buy or sell calls, no price targets dressed up as lessons, no win-rate promises. A level he teaches is a place the market already did something — not a prediction of what it will do next. Recording a losing trade earns exactly the XP a winning one does, because the school measures what you learned, never what you made.
About Otus
What is Otus?
Otus is the AI tutor of the AI Trade Ideas school, drawn as an owl at a desk. He teaches the 33-module trading syllabus, reads and marks your written answers and chart practice, and answers questions about trading terms, charts and financial news in plain English. He is a teacher, not a signal service: he explains how to read a chart and how to size risk, and he never tells you what to buy or sell.
Does Otus give trading signals?
No. Otus teaches you to read price yourself — what a candle records, where a level is, when a trend stops being one, how a stop sets the size of a position. He will explain an idea, never instruct a trade, and he never promises a win rate. That rule is written into how every lesson is built.
Is Otus free?
A free account gets Otus in the free modules and a coach trial of 5 questions a day for 7 days. Plans include a monthly allowance of coach messages — 50 on Plus, 100 on Premium and 250 on Elite — and an add-on removes the cap.
How is Otus different from ChatGPT?
A general chatbot answers whatever it is asked, from whatever it has read. Otus teaches from the school's own syllabus — the same definitions as the lessons, quizzes and glossary — marks your written answers and chart practice against the rule each lesson taught, inside a course that records your progress. And he refuses what a trading school must refuse: buy or sell calls, price targets and win-rate promises.
What can I ask Otus?
Anything the school teaches: what a term means, why a level counts, what a wick records, how a release moves spreads, what RSI does and does not measure. With the browser extension you can also highlight any sentence in a financial article and ask him what it means.
